New Millford Refrigeration Would NEVER recommend this place! Frank the owner is VERY rude,disrespectful & doesn't treat his customers like he should. We have not even had our refrigerator 2 mos & the doors are squeaking & have fallen. I called & he came out in the morning, that n*g WORST customer service! Rockford Illinois

 Had purchased a refrigerator from New Millford Refrigeration have only had it a month and a half & the doors squeak & the freezer door has fallen down. I called Frank Gagliano the Owner about it. He came out & adjusted it. When I came home that night it had fallen again, so I called Frank again & he was VERY rude, nasty & disrespectful to me as I was trying to explain that it was back the same way he yelled over top of me where I couldn't even get a word in. I asked for a new refrigerator & he said he couldn't do that. I have NEVER been treated so bad before! He should not have a business! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
