New Penn Financial Denied my VA Loan without justification but yet charging me partially for VA Appraisal that were transfered to another Company that got my VA loan approved. Plano Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I am very disappointed in this company. My VA loan was denied after been told that I could be approved. I did the home inspection as well as did the VA appraisal only to be told that my loan was denied. I applied to another VA loan specialist whose assisted me in transferring the VA appraisal report to his lender who automaticallly approved me within 3 weeks but yet New Penn Financial charged me for VA appraisal fee eventhough I am paying for the appraisal fees that were transferred from them to the new bank.

We have searched our records and cannot come up with a Robert from Fort Hood that we have taken an appliacation on in the past 120 days. I believe this to be a Hoax. We opperate on very high standards and can only believe this to be a hoax. In fact this is an email from the last person we closed from our office:

I just wanted to follow up and let you know what an outstanding job Mark did in processing my loan. Working with Mark was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced – anywhere. Mark was always on point, responsive, and informative. Furthermore, the air of confidence and knowledge he brought made me feel almost immediately less stressed about the process and what needed to be done. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work with him in the future.
