I had ordered the service, but then cancelled after a few months, but the company continued to send lists and bills even after I called to cancel several times! Each time I called and left a message, but noone returned my calls. The lists and bills continued to arrive. I continued to call. No response. I refuse to pay.

NewPros is an excellent reputable service

First please let me apologize for any inconvenience that you have had regarding your subscription. NewPros provides homeowner leads for businesses on a monthly basis. I don't have your specific account information but often times the following may happen:

In order to cancel the service we ask that you give us 30 days notice prior to your next shipment, given the fact that each list is customized precisely for each customers needs and area. If we do not receive that notification then another package may go out. Again I am not sure if this is what happened in your case but I assure you we have no reason to defraud anyone.

As far as calls not getting returned to you, often when calling businesses back due to the Owners being busy themselves or the call being blocked by a "gatekeeper" we still leave messages. So just because you did not speak with us, rest assured we have done everything to contact the you. In cases such as this due to privacy on accounts we will not take action until we speak to the decision maker.

Many businesses thrive on the lists we provide and have done so since 1985. If your case still requires attention please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to resolve.

These guys are persistant! I actually listened to this guy-I think his name Chris. I told him he had 30 seconds and to give it his best shot. Surprisingly he actually sells a good product that could help up generate some new business. I havent bought anything yet but he gave me his website and it is a real company who has been around a long time. So if anyone out there is looking for new or more business, this might be something worth listening too. Just food for thought.
