I had a title loan with titlemax and I fell for the buyout trick made by NEWRATE and their promises to make my payments cheaper. Well they lied and not only that, when I received their check and took it to my bank and cashed it, three days later I found out the check bounced and my bak closed my account after they took my whole work check to pay the bounced check. now new rate wont return my calls but they still want me to pay them back even after all of this. I made a police report and I am going to fight this
