NEW START MEDIA LLC (AKA: QC Unlimited, ADS Enterprises Chuck W Taylor, Al Barnum, Alphonso Barnum Deceived with claims that they are selling ads for high school and authorized by the chamber Davenport Iowa

This company is emailing businesses in Whiteville, NC claiming to be selling 6"x11" "posters" for the Whiteville High School football season. The subject line is "Dear Chamber Members" to fool people into thinking this a a Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Tourism approved vendor, but they are not. Whiteville High School has not contracted with this company to produce posters and sell ad space on their behalf. 

They claim that they can print and mail 4,000 posters with your exclusive ad for just $650 or 16 cents each which is simply not plausible. This is an obvious scam perpetrated by Al Barnum (aka Alphonso Barnum, Alphonso W. Barnum, Alphonso Wade Barnum). He has done this before with other company names like QC Unlimited and ADS Enterprises. I guess that is why he had to create a new company called "New Start Media, LLC)
