New Start Moving ripoff, dishonest, rude, lazy trying to get more money than what the contract stated, we had to finish the moving on our own Sun Sity Arizona

New Start Moving IS licensed by the Department of Transportation to drive trucks, and by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to perform the interstate moves you advertise on your website, right?

It would be nice if you proved this by posting those license numbers.

My men are tested for drugs, and are clean. My foreman has been with me for 5 years and has an impeccable reputation in Sun City. If you want to know the truth of our reputation, call the Sun City H.O.A. or P.O.R.A. or the B.B.B. Not a loser site like this. This incident occured over 2 years ago the the lowlifes that run this site never even notified me there was a problem or I would have responded long ago. I had to go through my old work orders to recall this nightmare. I got a call a call from my foreman saying that the customer was complining the job was taking to long, and said she didnt have enouph money to pay for the job. So when arrived, the apartment was located in a drug infested area in Sunnyslope, and was a mess. Nothing was packed, there was filth lying everywhere, people comiing in and out while we were working going into the bathroom, and coming out looking like chickens, it was horrible. THe job did take longer then I estimated due to the fact the Julianna said the the truck could park about 25' from the apartment when in actually it was over 100 yards from the doorstep to the top of the truck ramp. The second fact was that although her inventory was near to accurate, nothing was packed, and since she said it was imparative that she had to be out that night, or the police were going to toss them on the street, we decided to help, by packing items in moving blankets. I was there and helped the men myself and didnt charge anything for my labor. I did up the bill (it was nothing near 1200) It came to be 502.50, and after some minor complaing I reduced it to $480.00 The people only had 200.00 and promised to pay me the other 280.00 when Jack's Disablity Check or Social Security or whatever came in at the first of the month. Anyway, Jack and Julianna avioded my calls and never answered the door when I came to collect. I should have sued but it one of those cases where these people never had anything worth value to sue for and never would pay a judgment anyway. The bottom line is these people were being thrown out of their apartment, and didnt have anyone to help them, so they conned a moving company to do so. People please, take what you read on thes type of sites with a grain of salt. It may have been the intentions of the founders of this site to do good, but the fact is it is simply a vehicle of slander for, liars and losers such as these. I have been in business, since 1998 have my L.L.C. am Licensed in Peoria, bonded, via Western Surety and my men are known for their hardworking ability, and good customer service skills. We are not perfect, we have been late a few times and things have got damaged, and a few customers, have had issues, but I always do what I can to make things right. And with nearly 2000 moves behind us, our reputation does prove this. So shame on you Jack and Julianna for posting these lies and stealing my services, then having the odasity to slander our company, and shame on you ripoffreport.com for posting these slanderous lies and not notifiing me of this so i could respond, it is no wonder why you guys are always in trouble.
