Ordered night skin cream for $55.00 but failed to cancel within the 30 days.  Received another package which I did not want and proceeded to call the company to cancel my subscription.  They offered to let me keep the package at a reduced rate which I declined.  I returned the package to them for a full refund but they said they never received the package. It clearly had a return address if this was not delivered correctly.  I filed a complaint with NY BBB to no avail.  I have never received a credit and according to them they never received the package.  I would never buy anything from these people.  They are a true RIP off company.

To Ms. Tarleton,
 
Per your conversation with our Customer Service Representative on February 10, 2011, you stated that you will be returning the product back to us and was informed on the proper return procedures. However, you stated that you were not going to pay to return it and hence would be coming back as refused. We do advise our customers to pay to return and insure as New Vitality is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. There is no guarantee on if and when the package sent back as refused or return to sender will arrive. We have not received that package back to date and hence no credit has been issued. A call was placed to you and voice mail was left on July 8, 2011 to fax us the copy of the receipt you got from the post office (which is stated by you in your complaint to BBB that you did get from the post office) when you sent the package back to us and we can then use it as a courtesy to issue you the credit for the purchase price of the product less shipping and handling.
