I bought a 12 week subscription to the New Yorker in December 2016 as a gift for my mother.

On Friday 3-24-17 I received an alert from my bank that The New Yorker magazine had charged $99.95 on my card without my permission.

When I called today to get a refund, I was routed and re-routed to different phones and then told to wait because there were no operators available.

After 15 minutes, I hung up and posted this on the Ripoff Report
