I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of merchandise a month ago. Emails from NewChic say half of it has shipped and half is back ordered.

Can't get a tracking number or delivery date. No information at all on when the back order will be fulfilled.

The website is sophisticated but the customer service is horrible. They keep customers on the hook by offering coupons and discounts for more orders, but it's just a scam to suck money from you for products you'll never get.

Don't order from these guys--they're in China and once they get your money, there's nothing you can do to go after them.
