On 10/29/2013 a fraudulent credit charge was made thru the Newegg.com website using our company credit card under a fraudulent Newegg account and a hushmail.com email address. We caught the transaction made against our card, reported it promptly to Newegg.com and the delivery/transaction was cancelled. 11 days later and after Newegg.com has received their merchandise back, they have stilled failed to reverse the charges back to our credit card.
In our efforts to reach out them about the matter we have received very poor to non-existent customer service in return. Since they now have their merchandise and our money it is as if they don't care.
