Charged $19.55 as a "pre-order" to unlocking your phone but no where does it say on the website that it's only a pre-order. Then they email you to say if you would like to proceed it costs $112.02 to continue. Then they say within 1-20 days, they track your IP and emails, and it all "seems" legit but nothing happens.
