i purchased a one year sub. on 11/2011for online guitar lessens from next level guitar in the amount of $140.00  i am and have been unable to login  to nextlevelguitar.com for quite some time.  i contacted them several times but am ignored  it has been a constant hassle. after many attempts to contact them i am at a loss as to what to do.
