Nextel Partners ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I have had nothing but problems after problems with nextel partners. I had a phone that was double covered with insurance and repair coverage. I received a refurbished phone and was charged the $35.

I called nextel to tell them the $35 was covered since I had the repair insurance and they said they would take care of it. Then my phone was dropping calls so I took the phone back to the place I received it (per Nextel) the guy had me sign another agremeement (which states if the phone is broken "beyond" repair) they would charge me the full price of a new phone, although the guy added "this never happens" concidentally it happened. I had a $185 charge for a new phone (when indeed I had a refurbished phone) I called Nextel and they said it was damaged "beyond" repair, I asked for my phone back, but could not receive it back.

I filed a dispute and was informed after I repeatedly called back to back to back to find out the outcome and was told the dispute was denied. No explanation other than you signed the agreement. My phone was working that I turned it, it was just dropping calls. The repair guy said the phone powered up and would not have any problem fixing it.

Nextel could care less, they don't even offer any contact information. I asked for the decision in writing and was told I have to subpoena my own records.
