Nextiva mislead me, making hallow offers and false promises in order to get me to sign up. After I discovered their true behavior, I canceled immediately. They have refused to acknowledge their mismanagement. Choose a different service provider.

This seemingly computer generated response by Nextiva is not helpful. I have emailed customer service and my sales rep. several times to cancel my account (only a few days after I become a customer) and have been ignored. I am getting nonpayment notices to add insult to injury. Nextiva is handling this in a shameful way. Stay away.
