Hello,

I order from the internet two Cell Phone accessories on 02/18/2010.

My order # is 876 in the amount of $61,93. form CheapNexusOne.com

As of today 03/11/2010 i have not receive my items .

I call several times and they told me that it's a back order, but their internet site does not say anything about back order it shows 

that they have those items in stock.

I call to pretend i am a new customer and place a new order and i ask them if they have this items in stock and the lady yes,

than i ask her how come because i have placed the same order 3 weeks ago and i didn't receive anything,than she hung up on 

me.

They are sealing things on the internet that don't have in stock and mislead and rip-off people.

I told the person that i talk to why they dont say on the internet site that they don't have those things in stock.

I told them that it's not fair the customers to be miss-leaded .

I ask them to give me my money back and she said 14-20 days.

This is a real rip-off.

This customer was informed by email as soon as the items were out of stock. The manufacturer had more on the way but we had no ETA. We told this to the customer. 


I checked this order and the customer has already received a full refund. We do not tell anyone that refunds take 14-20 days so that is incorrect. We also do not say we have products in stock over the phone when they aren't in stock.
