nexuspharmacy.com Failed to delivery goods within the promised time, and then refused to supply a refund - despite specifically promising this on their website as their terms of trade Internet
I purchased some products from nexuspharmacy.com. They 'promise' a delivery time of between 15-25 working days - or guarantee a full refund. The goods failed to arrive long after the 25 working days, and when I asked about the whereabouts of the goods, I was given the usual unproven excuses of 'customs delays'. After asking for a refund in accordance to their website terms - they said they didn't have the 'authority' to supply a refund. I therefore paid a lot of money for no goods, and was refused a refund. I paid using Visa Electron debit card.
