I'm about to loose my only home . Single parent ....strugling to keep a roof over my childrens head and this company offered me a GREAT solution lower the principle of my house then go into litigation for a faulty loan which in returned I'de keep a roof for my children plus an affordable mortgage.

I was charged 3500.00 for investigating my current loan then the agreement was after finding out if there was a valid case against the Bank. They would then go into litigation for me after they received the 3500 they couldn't receive me no longer at their office and their attorney fees for litigation had gone up by 200% making it impossible for me to afford them I called their director and finance person in charge Mr adam and Mr otani  both then were arrogate and very dispiteful to work it.

So not only did I get RIP OFF with 3500 but no legal docs were ever shown to me nor anything done and now I'm facing foreclosure with my Bank. Scam!!

1.  National Help Center Law Group is NOT a loan modification or refinance company. We provide forensic loan document analysis and securitization compliance analysis.

2. This client ordered our analysis services. We completed the services and the reports were sent to the client on 8/29/2011. Client received the full service that was paid for.

3. RE: the attorney fees going up, we DO refer clients to a litigation attorney after their analyses are completed.  At the initial stages of our contact with the client, we quoted fees for one particular attorney. During the course of the services, the original attorney stopped accepting cases in California, so we then referred client to a different attorney. NHC has no control over the litigation attorney fees; again, we are only referring clients to them. The fact that we had to switch attorneys was inadvertent and due to circumstances out of our control. This was not a bait and switch. This situation was explained to the client and she now understands.

4. We are still working with this client to reach a favorable outcome. We at NHC Law strive to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied, and are committed to doing what we can to make the client happy.
