They communicate very quickly when I placed the order, asked to send money by WesternUnion, I sent. Next day they asked to change name of receiver from Jiahao Gu to Chaobin Fu because their account reach the limit, and they cannot cash my money. I wasnt too happy about it, but I change the name and send them photo proove again. From that time (3november2017) I sent them 4 email asking for tracking number and when I will get my items, but there is no answer - they dissapeared.
