United Pain and Wellness Center/Nick Jooma. Contract for services with medical consultant to provide medical practice services. Made payments toward the balance due; however, after numerous concessions and payment arrangements extended to work with practice there remains outstanding balance due of over $8,000.00 Owner Admitted and agreed to pay this balance on several occasions for monthly installments several times, and failed to honor that obligation.
