Dear Ian and his Mother,  I have clarify this matter for a while as I have held a 98% Customer Service Rating. The fake pay stub and falsified documentation  that you and your possible and assumed employer; who supposedly called offsite  payroll firm and make a fake one. Your email and text and documentation that I have that not only exonerates the errounus accusations of defamation and Slander. I more than apologized several times but even when above normal protocol as I put gas in your car (both) and offered to bring it ito you. You told me you worked there for 8 months; and your work specifically/possibly Jana Marcelino submitted a false document that would of made you liable. I have every email and text you sent that provides all necessary and available information to show the reason of inablity to purchase is I wouldn't send it in because I would never knowingly hand in as I would then be liable! You  drove a new car( that i paid for gas twice.You knew day one you needed 8 months of stubs to qualify. I told you by text; "please bring recent stubs?" "Finance didnt ask for them?" "why do u want them?" well submission of false information on your credit application alone makes a strong case for of not only the submission of falsified information; but as well as  conspiracy to commit fraud.  I know that it is hard not getting what you want; but defamation of character, slander, submitting falsified documents (known to be false) and knowledge of such activity as well as conspiracy to commit fraud  are all very serious crime that you have and possibly your employer are still committing as well as venturing into giving /passing of falsified documents. Someone trying to help you and not receiving your way; when all I tried to do was be courteous kind and helpful. Even after all you have done in Spite. Remove all post, unfounded complaints as well as website blogs or I will \  My Objective opinion after 6 months   I did you a favor by not submitting your/possibly suddenly slimmers false documents. I tried helping you, but you are unjustifiably defaming a person as well as a great company.  If you do like you can submit your falsified documents upon confirmation that Suddenly Slimmer's Director Jana Marcelino conspired to commit falsifying documentation.. In no way do I wish to make false acusations toward Mrs. Jana Marcelino or suddenly slimmer as i have only the document you provided ( may or may not have taken place as the letter has stated that you have been working for 8 months and I was given a paycheck stub for 1 week)  Me choosing not to submit these because of my care for you as a client does not warrant this  In no way am I wanting to accuse you of these actions if given proof that they are in contradiction to the truth as evidence. Telling you that your deal is insolvent without 8 months of stubs is in no way make me guilty of any crime or give you the right to defame amongst other negligable actions!; gave you Mr Mayers Email, provided you with transportation as well as apologizing repeatedly. You specifically tried in your letter to blackmail not only myself but my employer into duress by submitting  your documents or giving you a car that you do not qualify for as you have/had only provided for one week. On your original credit application you submitted and signed  under the context that you have been employed as a W2 employee for eight months. In no way am I placing any liability upon Suddenly Slimmer or Mrs Marcelino as I have only hearsay and no confirmation that they were involved in your actions of defamation, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud as well as Slander by verbal dialogue and Slander by written context.  Truth  and lending specifically states false information given will be held as criminal misconduct. I do think you should know that my Customer Service Index is one of the highest not only in this state but in the top 3 percent nationally. Doing my job and telling you that without stubs for 8 months in itself is a crime. My knowledge of your falsified documentation would be a crime if I had not  acknowledge the obvious falsified documents if  I had not thwarted your fraudulent documents. I have tried in not only apologizing; but offered to bring you your vehicle back that same evening; with gas paid for by my pocket. Funny how that does not show up in any of your false accusations and slanderous statements. If  you need copies of any paper work that either you (credit app, email text and voicemails) or possibly  Suddenly slimmer (director Jana Marcelino) I will be more than happy to furnish at your request immediately so you can make the most informed decision on how you would like to proceed. I am sorry that things didn't work out. You have provided no evidence of such. I maintain honor iwhat your resolution to the matter of hand will be.. I wish you nothing but the best in your future and hope we can find a sensible solution.

 

This letter in is made in the knowledge of only Allen and no such other parties as well as placing no blame upon Suddenly Slimmer/director Jana Marcelino Ian Mother or anyone else. I have taken this action upon my own resolve and am more than willing to provide Photo and signed Evidence that discredits these accusations.
