Go back for a few years and make them produce and you will see they will not and or make up excuses and call solid waste. Ask for copies of all tickets and match your containers to the ticket and make sure you are not being randomly billed for weights you do not have in your Roll Off.
Your garbage must be separated from bottles and cans and demand another container or call the solid waste. Orlando has a monitor watching over there business because of there involvement from nyc and the local 813 Orlando controls Monitor is ordered for a reason and that is clear.
