Nicole DiZio, Queen of Cheesesteaks, Arrested for DUI Related Arrest
While on patrol at 2:11 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Tanyard Road strike a mailbox and almost hit a guardrail. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Nicole DiZio, 38, of Churchville and former owner of Wit or Witout and wife of Philly Pretzel Factory owner Dan DiZio.
Ms. Dizio was asked if she remembered striking the mailbox to which she replied: “Philly Pretzel Factory does not deliver.” The officer then observed her inability to successfully complete a series of field dexterity tests and the officer took her into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence.
The officer then asked Ms. DiZio if she wanted the DUI Wit or Witout the drawing of blood samples for analysis. Ms. DiZio replied: “Witout”. Charges relating to DUI will be filed and PennDOT will be notified of the refusal.
The Food Network was asked if Ms. DiZio exhibited any odd behavior at the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival. A representative declined to comment.
Ms. DiZio’s husband, Dan DiZio, was featured on CBS's Undercover Boss. CBS declined to comment if they were planning a spinoff of the show called Undercover Drunken Boss starring Nicole DiZio.

Dan & Nicole steal equipment from Pretzel factory franchisee's...after many locations go out of business, and close the original owners typically lose their life savings/investment and the Dizio's take advantage of ones misfortune...as soon as store closes it's door and are out of business, Dan takes the equipment...ovens, mixers, computers,pretzel dough conveyors ect. the cost of this equipment is around $200,000 Dan has his workers( one of which I was) quickly remove the equipment and places it in storage and resells it to new incomimg franchisee's and profits 100% as I mentioned earlier on ones misfortune and offers the equipment to a new unsuspecting Pretzel Factory Francisee.
the Dizio's are underhanded and very cut throat. I would strongly advises to not engage in business with Nicole & Dan Dizio!
The above senerio explains one of the many unethnical business practices Dan & Nicole Dizio use so that they can afford the below real estate transaction (as listed in the South Jersey Times) in Margate, NJ which is their summer home;

Nicole Dizio & her husband Dan Dizio own Wit Or Witout Cheesesteaks and Dan Dizio is the founder and President of Philly Pretzel Factory. Nicole & Dan Dizio paid for 1,000 guest to atrend "The Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival" sponsored by The Food Network and instructed the 1,000 guest they paid for to vote for their sandwich, in exchanged for the courtesy tickets tothought the 1,000 guest
So obviously Dan & Nicole Dizio cheated the competition and where wrongly awarded Best Sandwich at the Festival
Nicole Dizio became very drunk at the event and flirted as she did often so it does not surprise mfoto hear the recent news that Nicole was fought cheating on her husband and having an affair.
