Nicole James runs a corrupt team of DCF Investigators in Lake County Florida.
She uses her position to enforce personal vendetta's against people, by removing children without due cause. She fails to fully investigate situations and will be selective in her reporting based on her personal likes or dislikes.
Nicole like many at DCF in Lake County is a racist. Her actions or lack of actions allow young children to be placed with abusive parents purely because she dislikes one or the other. She shows not regard for the health or safety of the children she is emplyed to protect.
Nicole has several Inspector General Investigations against her and should no longer be in a position where her bigotted behavior is allow to affect the lives of young children.

Dear Stacey,
Lets get the facts straight Nichole James earnes $50,200 per year and PI's earn $41,00 which is above the national average. It is easier for her to shelter a child than for her and her team to do their job. In Nichole's case it is a numbers game, rather than concern for the child/ren walfare. She has a history of snatching kids to boost her figures and answering afterwards.
It must be so nice for DCF employees to be covered by the Florida Statue 39.011 Immunity from Liability which prevents them from being held accountable for their unlawful behavior in a court of law. Any complaints about misconduct are dealt with inhouse and therefore can not be fully investigated.
NOT EVERYONE IS AN AGREIVED PARENT SOME ARE JUST FRUSTRATED CITIZENS WHO HEAR AND SEE THE DISTRUCTION THIS DEPARTMENT CAUSES ON A WIDE SPREAD LEVEL.

Sounds more like your child(ren) were removed from you custody and you are angry. Instead of using the internet to bash this person, do the things that DCF wants you to do to regain custody. I suggest you work for them because these workers are underpaid, over worked and have a caseload that cannot be cleared in any entity. STOP bashing someone who is working for next to nothing pay and start looking in the mirror because you had your child(ren) removed for a reason! You are the reason that your life is such - maybe if you got off the internet and started being a parent then you would not be in this mess to begin with.
