Nicole Santanelli Trashed Rental Home and has not paid rent in 3 months Port St Lucie FL

DO NOT rent, lease, hire or do business with Elizabeth Nicole Santanelli. She entered into a 1 year lease with me in November 2024. She moved 7 cats into the home that she did not disclose. She then met a man on the internet on Christmas Day and moved in with him on Valentine's Day, less than 2 months after meeting him. She abandoned her teenage daughter and cats in my house. She has not paid rent since February 2025. Her lease goes until November 2025. She did thousands of dollars in damage to my property. She works in accounting for DBE Services in loxahatchee and should not be trusted with money or any job involving money. She also should not be around children because she has a long history of abusing and abandoning her own children.

She is an alcoholic and a cocaine addict. She now lives with her boyfriend Richard Smith in Port St Lucie and he works at Pop Stroke. Fortunately I have her information to sue her and make a report to credit agencies so she can't rip off more landlords. She currently owes $6,000 in back rent, $5,000 in property damage. If she wants to terminate her lease early, that is $7,000 which she signed and agreed to. If she pays her $18,000 in debt I will remove this listing. Otherwise her missed rent payments will continue to add up and it will increase the lien that is being put on her.
