NIKISHA COOPER FFC Investments Houston SHES IS A LIAR and HAS NO MONEY SOURCES!!! DO NOT WORK WITH HER HOUSTON TEXAS Nationwide

I am writing in response to this ROR on Ms. Cooper. I can honestly say that my experience with her has been nothing short of professional. My husband and I were seeking funds for our startup home building business in the state of Florida, and we went everywhere and could not find funding. We came across Ms. Cooper and her current company which is not known as FFC Investments LLC these days; however she went out of her way to help us to find funding. It was not easy to find as it's like looking for a needle in a haystack when you have so-so credit and no one is willing to take a chance on you.

Ms. Cooper introduced us to a reputable lender who approved a loan for $120K with a reasonable interest rate and a 5-year term. She was helpful, friendly and professional. While I cannot pretend to know what her experience was before we came along,  I can say that most of what has been written previously of her is nothing short of misleading and implied racist given today's society climate. 

She is very well educated and very knowledgeable. I can also say that she does have reputable lending sources. I know because we were able to interface with a few before we settled on the one who would lend us the money.

No one is perfect in their craft, but to reduce her down to being a liar and having no money sources is simply not true. It's a shame that some people are so hate filled until they would rather see a person destroyed instead succeed.  Ms. Cooper has a solid network of lenders depending on what the business need is and she is continuing to thrive ; I would go back to her again. Lastly, no matter what anyone thinks; I want to thank her for helping our business get the start it needed. We are satisfied.
