The phone number that is used on craigslist is 916-340-5755 and Nikol Okhotskiy is the name that is seen when he called. He posted an ad for an HTC ONE S phone that he listed on for $300 but he gave it to me for $280. I met him at the Starbucks in Arden Mall and he is a Ukranian man. He told me everything was in perfect condition and the phone did still look brand new. He seemed to know a lot about phones but he left out the fact that the phone was defective and does not fully charge. The
reason why I am posting this is because he refuses to give me back my money and he has a number of posts on here that I have listed below. If you have had a similar experience with this man or if you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you.
