He claimed the 9 grand was for April late charges and back rent for April. April’s rent was on time and Judge dismissed case as well as May’s rent Judge dismissed. Both months separate Evictions are associated with name. Making it impossible to rent anywhere. He finally got what he wanted with a motion to stop. This man is a foriener from Lithuania or somewhere.
