this is exactly what will happen,
They post an AD on the internet asking for "servers, customer service reps, bartenders, actors, etc." for an "Entry-Level Management Training" position. You send them your resume, they give you a call almost immediately (the day after, or that afternoon). They call you in for an interview the next day. Here, the HR girl tells you how they have "branches" all over the US and in other countries like Portugal (yet for some reason, on the website they only talk about Ft. Lauderdale), she tells you that you'll make salary and your advancement is based on your "learning curve". you can be a complete idiot, they will give you a second interview. "Congratulations!", you got a second interview just like every other person who applied. During your second "interview" you begin by signing a paper saying that any "work" you do that day, you will not be compensated for, and it is voluntary. They then send out an "account executive", and you follow this account executive in your car,  to a shopping center, where he/she begins to solicit businesses. At this point I was extremely skeptical, and asked if they have to do this often, she said yes, so I asked why an account executive would be doing this, and what her title actually is. Her partner then looked at his tag that they wear around their neck (he was also supposed to be an account executive), and it says something along the line of "sales rep". She also said that they work for Home depot and Sears, sports teams, etc, although every person has said they work under this makeup line, and I havent heard one actually say they do marketing for Homedepot, etc.

At this point I realized this is b*******, I asked her "once i become manager, am I still going to be doing this" She said "we only have you do this so you can teach your future employees how to do it" Very convincing. I asked if its commission based, she begins to stumble on her words and says "yes, but there is also a base pay" She and her partner continue to harrass businesses that obviously want nothing to do with this, exclaiming that the product is similar to MAC and is in Cosmo magazine.
It is obvious what they're doing here.
Of course, I was hired, and I am supposed to meet with the "director" on Monday and begin my training. I have not filled out any formal documentation.

I will tell you right now, search "makeover essentials scam" on the internet, and a bunch of random "marketing" companies, all with different names, will come up. These are the "branches" the HR woman was talking about. They constantly change names and move around, so that it is hard to follow their scam. I have read horror stories from these other companies, with the exact same "management training program" and work with "makeover essentials" That they are cheated out of their commission, working 72 hours a week, getting $75 paychecks.
I am writing this one, because I am going to assume that Nile Marketing Management is a new "branch" under these companies, and there is no review on them. There are hundreds of these, all with different names. They even changed the makeup brand name a couple of times.
Do not work for them, they lie about the position and the money you will earn, and the management position.
Do research!
