NINA SABAG ( Real deal realty) VERY DISHONEST BROKER BUYER BEWARE Brooklyn Ny

It came to my attention that a report in Ripoff was filed. In reply to this action, I have provided my response below. 

I, Nina Sabag, the broker of Realdeal Realty, working with many satisfied buyers and relieved sellers. I help home owners who face foreclosure and do everything in my power to prevent one from losing their home. Buyers who reach out to my company for interested properties are sending in their offers and they are being guided accordingly via email, telephone or in person. 

I was quoted in the report "a very dishonest broker, ...will not return your call" on July 28. This statement is absolutely untrue, for the important reason: I have left the country on July 24th and replied all calls on July 31. I normally call back at least 3 times to incoming buyers because the higher offers I get, the higher commission I receive from the banks. There is no excuse as to why I wouldn't want to call back a potential buyer. While I was away, I still had the office open on normal schedule and messages were taken down. Due to the fact that I was overseas, the time difference was 7 hours. I still had full communication with all incoming calls because calls were accepted by the processors in the office and then always forwarded to me. It is EXTREMELY important for my company to be available because we always wait for correspondence from different banks. I strongly suggest to the complainer to think twice next time before making accusations of "untrustworthy" when someone is away and takes a couple of days to call back. It is crucial to have such report be taken down.

In addition, I was quoted "SHE WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME." How could I have wasted anyone's time if they never got a hold of me?? I am not sure of the kind of person whom would claim such thing and then go and file such a false claim. 

With regards to the properties listed under my company, everything is very accurate, you may go and place any inquiry on any of the properties listed and you will be assisted in a timely manner. 

In conclusion, I would be even HAPPIER to help the person who placed this complaint because I do not ever like to disappoint anyone. Not in business and not personally. I am a lawful realtor in business since 2004, I have never had a complaint nor had a problem I could not solve. If I had a situation where I could not assist, I would notify right from the start and deny assistance if I knew it was a waist of time. I work daily except for Saturdays, I see clients in evenings as well, I free up my schedule to assist even if it takes time apart from my family.
