I paid $14,000 downpayment on a 2010 Mercedes E550 Coupe
after second payment time came....Bank took fees out of my account which made my account NSF with Dealer at this time i had enough money in another account which can be proven by bank statements, so Dealer Repo'd the vehicle after not even 2 months

The payment didn't go thru...your SECOND payment. Right at the start of the contract you have payment problems. It isn't the lender's job to go rooting around your accounts to find money! YOU failed to pay. They did a repo. Nothing new here and since its YOUR account, the blame goes to YOU. Why not manage your accounts better...like keeping a check register with running balance! No, I don't work for them!
