I placed an order with the company on March 4th. On March 8th I received an e-mail saying my item was shipped. The tracking information  showed that it would arrive on March 15th by 3PM. When my item did not arriveI e-mailed Nipyataon March 16thasking for an updae on my shipment as it had not arrived and USPS had not updated their information. I got no response. So on the 17th I e-mailed them again and told them if I did not hear from them on Monday and my item did not arriveI would take steps to get my money back. As of this dayMarch 21stI have heard NOTHING from them.

 I did receive a refund as you stated, thank you. I would be interested in finding out why my package didn't arrive. I guess the coupon to try and win my trust back got lost also.

I wanted to personally apologize for the issue on this order- this is totally on us and not acceptable for our standards.

We issued you a refund in full yesterday and we are following up with our shipping partners to see why this item never arrived. I've also follwed up with our customer service team to ensure this doesn't happen in the future- we usually reply to customer emails within 4 business hours and I have no idea how this was missed.

We pride ourselves on delivering an amazingly fun party products and awesome customer service here at NIPYATA! I'm sorry we let you down. We'll also email you a coupon towards your next purchase to hopefully regain your trust. Have a niptastic weekend!
