NIU-FL my car went into CRAWL MODE (2 MPH) after pulling out of my drive way. Backed it back and called wrecker Baca Raton United States (+1)

I purchased towing insurance from National General years ago, they sold it to Motor Club maybe 4 years later and nothing from NIU-FL that they had this towing policy now.  No new insurance card nothing but pay the annual premium.

I have used this towing 2 times prior for husbands old truck when it was National General and once when Motor Club had it, and the 1st time for my 2015 BMW X3.  Never before have I had to call a number and them send the tow truck out.  

I received nothing in the mail saying this is how claims are handled now.  I paid the $85.00 tow bill and sent the claim to NIC-FL only to get a letter 7/21/2020 they denied the claim since I didn't call them first!
