The NIUCOCO individuals (Administrators) refute any claims of inappropriate conduct or foul play stated in this FRAUD ALERT report.

We are in good standings with all of our services providers and all of the references can be verified.

The individual who has initiated this false report is Heather Grabin along with her accomplice/employee Jocelyn Wallace, from AichG, a PR firm based out of New York City, with an address in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

This firm was hired to promote an event in the Hamptons during the month of August, while inviting individuals industry in the publication media to the venue that had “themed” weekends while finding co-sponsors to help fund the events.

The weeks leading into the event were already difficult, not capable of providing any real status reports. After the first of the themed weekends, NIUCOCO decided to part ways given what we had witnessed in terms of the service, the theme and unprofessional conduct that were provided. It did not fit with how we wanted to run our events which lead to the proposition to part ways. Additionally, she failed to achieve 2 goals: 

• Gather VIP guests in the publishing/beauty editor world
• Finding financial sponsors to meet our target goals

A number of emails were exchanged to settle the separation between us and the PR firm that took over the venue, elaborating the parting conditions which had been AGREED that net everything. 

Despite NOT reaching our goals, we still paid for her services, tracable via electronic payment services/confirmation of deposit and the settlement email (mentioned above).

The lease was transfered we handed the keys over and left the premises on August 10th with full video footage and time stamp on how immaculate we left it. 

During the brief time we hired this firm, Heather Grabin conveyed, implied, directly expressed and/or exercised the following:

• Falsely accused people of consuming illegal substances
• Making up false threats
• Poor communication/e-marketing practices
• Called the police to the event that her and her firm had organized
• Inappropriately acquired e-mailing list
• Lost NIUCOCO’s own mailing list
• Provoking people to retaliate physically
• Creating an uneasy climate for guests of the Founder of NIUCOCO
• Body shaming our video content provider

Witnesses can corroborate with the events that occurred.

As of the end of summer, this PR firm, its administrators/employees have proceeded in creating libel defamatory content online appearing in search engines and on social media while hypocritically featuring our brand on their site (as of March 1st was still up) without the written or verbal consent of use or promotion. A legal demand letter was sent to take the content down and cease any defamation activity to no avail.

Ms Grabin, from AichG has been relentless, re-initiating and refreshing the content, a number of URL’s that lead to the defamatory website, maliciously putting in key meta words to boost search engine results. Her personality traits can be corroborated with the details listed in this lawsuit that she filed against her own university that she initiated, lost, appealed and lost again:

Heather Grabin has also taken unprofessional action in calling into companies, specifically slandering NIUCOCO's reputation and a number of individuals who were at the venue.

Instead of exposing herself, she writes this anonymous claim on ripoffreport.com and creates again, anonymous and a defaming website niucocoscam.com along with a number of other URL's that lead back to this page.

The site was initially shut down by the hosting company because it violated their policy and she has gone ahead to move the site to another hosting company.

Witnesses, images, communication emails, text messages can all confirm this extraordinary and unprofessional behaviour.
