ordered the free trial of anti aging cream. Paid the 4.99 shipping. I returned the cream within the trial period. I have the tracking number that proves they received it Oct 28th. On Nov 13th they took 51.50 out if my account for it. Will not return my money, they are telling me I was an un-authorized return. They are thieves in my book.

Niuvella Solutions Can't find an address They sent me a sample and said it would only cost shipping of $5.95. I ordered the, what I thought was a free sample on 10/14 and received it on 10/20 8 days before the trial ended. When I saw the charges on my credit card, I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges $103 and $109. 8 days was not enough to perform a 14-day trial. Internet

Allumiere and Niuvella Victoria Olstein I ordered my first (& LAST) 100% free trial offer and paid required shipping charge of $4.95;however my first charges of $109.93 & $103.00 were charged to my credit card and 1 month later I had recurring charges. When I spoke with Daniels (at the # on my credit cart charge he made it obvious that I had not read the fine print (which I cannot find on the website). I actually trusted this site because it was claimed to be Victoria Olstein's product. What an expensive and disappointing mistake! Be aware: this is NOT FREE nor does it work!

Nova skin sciences I ordered Allumeire and Niuvella on a trial basis. I cannot use the product it breaks my face out. Next thing I know 2 weeks later they took $211.00 out of my bank account. I have emailed and no one has emailed me back. I looked up their terms and conditons and found a telephone number which they do not put on their webpage. the gentleman on the phone told me that they have no records of me and they don't even sell those 2 products. He told me to contact my bank and let them know and that they also have a complaint and investigation going. the name of that company is truth and beauty. it doesn't say where they are located Nationwide

Niuvella, Allumiere , sears On Facebook: Sears going out of business: try for free ,pay only shipping. I got charges of $103.00 today, and $109.00 pending. I called the number associated with the transaction, no help at all. There was a 14 day trial, you are past and didn't return the product so you've been charged the monthly subscription fee.
