I have received a toll violation from NJ Ezpass. The photo taken at the toll booth shows a VW Jetta or Golf. I have a different make of vehicle. I called numerous time to get it fixed but have only gotten through to an actual person once.
They do not offer mistake corrections online and say that you have to mail in a copy of your registration to a specific address to refute the charge. I have mailed it in twice and am still receiving delinquent notices.
I've seen similar complaints and was wondering if anybody has been able to get through to these guys.
