I had a court date to prove for the last time that my daughter has been illegally withheld from me for a very long time. I went through hours of mental anguish reliving these incidents, or contempts of court. I was told it would be the same judge (Dalton). And at the last minute they changed my judge to Coyle. During court I was asked questions that had nothing to do with what I presented. I was asked about my disability, asked about therapy, asked about medications. Asked if I knew how my daughter felt, in which case I did not, due to the NJ resident's inability to buy her a phone (which was court ordered). When I attempted to answer the judge's questions, she repeatedly talked over me every time I drew a breathe to speak, the judge put words in my mouth, and barely let me speak. Not once did she reprimand for the NJ resident's inability to follow the NJ laws. Instead, she suggests I come out there to have supervised visits. (I live out of state). I bought a ticket, and the NJ resident refused to put my daughter on the plane...The NJ resident never bought her a phone as e is court ordered to do. The NJ resident withholds my daughter from me, and I have to travel to the abuser's state. Every piece of every court order placed in NJ has been broken by the NJ resident, and the court fails to acknowledge what a criminal is. The court started the child is not to be involved in court, yet her letters are accepted in court. I proved without a doubt of abuse, and was completely dismissed. I proved parental alienation, and was dismissed. This court sides with criminals.
