Where do I start with this ghetto cockroach? The title said it all about him. Sent me multiple harassing emails and called me repeatedly until I successfully blocked both his email address and phone number. He is a filthy greaseball who had a hissy fit because I replied to his initial ridiculous email that he could not ship his car for the cheap lowball quote that he claims to have received from another auto transport company.
He went off on a tangent calling me "Billy Bob" when that isn't even my name (perhaps he hates White people and assumes that we are all rednecks?) and revealed his true, ghetto-bred, barrio mentality. I wasn't going to waste another second dealing with this crackpot, especially after Googling his name and finding this:

Looks like he was involved in a financial dispute with a local jeweler in his area and was sued in civil court over it. I can only imagine the nightmare that this poor jeweler must've gone through in dealing with Mr. Cockroach Noel Manriquez, the undisputed "King of all Scammers!"
I highly recommend that any and all businesses AVOID this troublemaker. He is worse than the COVID-19 pandemic! If we are lucky then he will contract the coronavirus and...oh wait...I think that cockroaches like him are immune! Aw-shucks! That's too bad!
