Great my security company is licensed with DPS so please give me the name of the officer that came in to your business and i will confirm the officers findings and delete any and all post i have filed with/against your company! I want you to know that we never and will never scam our customers. We are part of the community that we have been serving since 1987 and this is not how we deal with customers. We take pride in serving our customers and thats what matters at the end of the day.

In your case, based on what you wrote on this site and all the other sites. You review was based on second-hand experience. It was your neighbor who was getting the inspection. State inspection consist of 2 parts: Safety and Emissions. Wiper blades are part of the safety inspection and are visually inspected. We usually let the customer know if we notice anything wrong in the safety part before we start the inspection to save the customers time.

Based on your claim, I was contacted by DPS ( Department of Public Safety ) and a supervisor stopped by the shop to discuss it. She was shown all the documents and the surveillence video and she understood the problem.

I just want you to know that you are more than welcome to stop by anytime to prove to you that we never scam our customers and im 100% sure there was misunderstanding of the situation somewhere.

Just to make it up to you, your next oil change and state inspection will be on the house !!!
