I spent five hours at an open enrollment with Norma Huerta, where we both wrote business. The next day, I found out I earned nothing for my hours of work, as I found out she took my commission and divided it between herself and the rest of the team. I complained to my Regional, who said he would talk to her. Nothing materialized from my numerous complaints.
