A friend of mine was sent a letter from this attorney. They could not provide her with a copy of the contract for a payday loan that she did not take out. Even if she had she had filed bankruptcy. I am wondering if other people who have filed bankruptcy are victims of this collection agency.

Once I called the number, the person, Jessica Colby informed me that they had placed the account in the bankruptcy. This was after she threatened to take her to court. When you call the number on the paper they just answer the phone "hello". No company name or anything. I am sure if this was a law office as it says on the paper, they would answer as such.
