North America Relocation Group, Inc Mislead me with quote as to when they arrived was charged double, broke belongings, delivery dates changed. No One Ever returned my call. Delivered 1/2 of my belongings one week and then the other half a week later. Completing ruin my move out of state Ripoff Simi Valley California

I was very clear in the quoting process what I had per the inventory list they supplied. Indicated I had not done this before and had a specific budget. I was not offered a hime visit to better estimate the costs. At time of appt to pick up my belongings told it would be $2500.00 more, my deposit would be lost if I sent them away. Spent hours on the phone to never get a call back I had to keep hitting 0 to get a live person to discuss what was happening. I had to leave belongings behind as they could not fit all on the truck. They also broke lamps and hid in the garage. Then they left without a word they were leaving. David Clark the the one signed me up stated the cost was all based on the weight of items, Cubic feet not discussed as the weight was. Told the I would be given verification at the beginning of the weight before and then after belongings loaded. I was never given this. The moving Foreman stated all on Cubic feet and not weight. I never got the verification of the cubic feet. David Clark assured me he would make right when I trapped him on the phone then he would never return my calls. The owner (Adam) Aka Avi very rude. They then changed the delivery day established on Friday to a Thursday so I had to drive faster and sooner across many states. Once I arrived on Thursday the drivers/movers were 4 hours late. Again, I am the only one calling and being told I would be called back in 15 mins and never was. Once the drivers arrived only 2 of them, they stated tired and only the 2 so were going to just place belongings in my garage. I stated they had to assemble items as contract stated and put in appropiate rooms. They agreed finally. About an hour into the unloading of broken item after broken item informed me they only had 1/2 of my belongings. It took another week to get the rest of my belongings when the movers called the dispatcher who said it would be only 2-3 days. In addition to the extra $3200.00 charged to my orginal $2800.00 quote, the made us pay prior to delivery or would not deliver. They made several calls for payment but never returned one of my calls. This was a business based moved and my Corporation paid for as well gave the budget allotted. I want to sue them for punitive damages. I want reimbursement and lastly the owner and buisness shut down. I was 100% ripped off. Thank you.
