I bought an SUV from them and the car needs a new engine after only one month of usage.

owner said I totaled the engine and that he wouldn't replace because it was my fault for not taking care of the car. I did proper maintenance on the car.

Took car to various mechanics because i wanted different opinions and they all agreed that the car had a life span of only weeks after bought it.

Owner told me to take car to his mechanic, of course that they were going to tell me that there was no problem with the car! they're bussiness buddies!

The day that I bought it there was a lady also complaining to the owner that he sold her a bad car! He was raising his voice at her and being very rude! I should have known better not to buy a car from him.

When i called the owner for the millionth time today he yelled at me and told me that it wasn't his problem because he already sold the car and he didnt want it back and he hung up on me.

I am still paying for the car and i need a new engine or repair the one i have, his little joke is going to cost me more than $2000.00!!!

it's not fair, i need a car to go to work and i dont have money to fix somebody elses carelesness. He has a lot of money and won't help his victims i mean "customers".

HI,
OUR COMPANY OFFERS 30-DAYS 50/50 LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS CUSTOMER CAME TO OUR OFFICE TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE MENTIONED IN HER COMPLAINT. BEFORE THE PURCHASE TOOK PLACE SHE TEST DROVE THE CAR AND COMPLAIN THAT THE TRANSMISSION HAS A NOISE. WE OFFERED HER TO REPAIR THE TRANSMISSION WITH A SIX MONTH WARRANTY. WE DID REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION FOR HER. AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF SHE CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ENGINE. WE ADVICED HER TO TAKE THE CAR TO ONE OF THE MECHANICS WE USE. HER RESPONDS WAS "WE HAVE A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE AUTO SHOP." WE EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THIS AUTO SHOP CHARGES US AT A FAIR PRICE DUE TO THE VOLUME OF WORK WE SEND THEM. SHE SAID "NO SHE WILL RATHER TAKE IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC." I TOLD HER TO GET A QUOTE FOR REPIARS OR REPLACEMENT AND WE WILL HELP HER TOWARDS THE REPAIRS ALTHOUGH THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED TWO WEEKS PRIOR. HER RESPONDS WAS THAT WE MASKED THE PROBLEM IN THE VEHICLE. WE EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE PROBLEM WAS INTERNAL AND THAT THERE IS NO WAY THAT CAN BE MASKED. HER RESPOND WAS "I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM YOUR COMPANY. I KEPT EXPLAINING TO HER WE WOULD HELP HER ALTHOUGH IS NO LONGER MY RESPONSIBILITY BUT SHE KEPT TALKING AND WOULDN'T LISTEN I KEPT FINDING MYSELF REPEATING THIS TO HER. MY COMPANY HAS BE IN BUSINESS FOR THIRTEEN YEARS AND MOST OF OUR BUSINESS IS FROM REFERRALS OF OLD CUSTOMERS. I ALWAYS TRY MY BEST TO HELP OUT MY CUSTOMERS.
