North American Pride Sold me a cooling vest that does not absorb water Alden New York

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The cooling vest I bought from this company does not work. They said to me that it has fibers that absorb water, but I might as well be wearing regular fabric soaked in water.
Forty dollars for that, indeed! Then they tried to tell me that they think I was wearing it wrong, without actually asking me how I was wearing it. Stay away from these Rude Scam artists!

She bought the vest on e-bay 2 months ago and left a positive feed back "great vest".
I went thru the normal questions that people may have about the vest. She took offense to this with rude comments.
She was then referred to the manufacturer who not only made the vest, but would warrenty it if they felt that she was correct.
This has been our only complaint about any product that we have sold. We have a 100% positive feed back rating on e-bay with outstanding consumer comments.
It appears that this consumer would rather bash a company than to work through the problem.
