North Shore Agency - Publishers Clearing House Demand for payment money owed to publishers clearinghouse with no explanation for what Melville, New York

Requesting a demand for payment concerning Publishers Clearinghouse. To the best of our knowledge we have never ordered anything form Publishers Clearinghouse and North Shore Agency is providing no information as to what these charges are. We have never been contact from Publishers Clearinghouse concerning this matter. I have found that most collection agency are questionable. Until I did some research online I did not realize how shady this agency is, seems like they are out just for money however they can.
