I have dealt with this company and they are scammers for sure.

They deal in VERY old usually out of statute debt that is purchased for a penny or so on the dollar.

Understand that in most cases they have little, if any account info or info on the actual debtor. They are fishing!

NEVER speak to ANY third party debt collector on the phone, and never ever give them ANY information of any kind!

Keep in mind that the legal burden of proof is ON THEM to prove that you owe the debt, and NOT on you to prove that you don't.

And, if you ever write them a letter, DO NOT sign it, as your signature could then end up on a contract! Not unusual at all.

Ignore everything but a summons, and be sure to chec k all 3 major credit reporting agencies to see if they have hit your credit.
