Will guarantee your timeshare sale for an inflated price but first you MUST sign a contract to enter the agreement.  Once the deal is signed, the deal falls through. but you have a contract. that states you MUST pay a 5% commission to Northstar regardless (hence the inflated value of the purchase offer).  This can be approx $3300.00 your on the hook for!  Even if you change your ming while under contract you will still owe the 5% commission!  Stay clear of Northstar Management.  They will also email you detail on escrow with Perfectitle. they don't exist!
