NorthAm Loans no refund policy outrageous charge to my credit card not informed of anything being set up in any way took money and ran Phoenix Arizona

I was referred to NorthAm Loans through another online business called Online Inside Source, and I was charged $975 to my credit card for something I had no idea I was getting. In other words, I was not informed of anything through email, snail mail, or telephone.

When I called the company to ask for a refund, the person told me there was no refund policy. These people have no record of my name in their database! Why should I pay them anything? When I tried logging in to their main page, I got an error message that said "email address not found." If anyone calls this company, do not let them tell you they'll call you back, because they won't. Ask to speak to a supervisor.

NorthAm has provided very unsatisfactory service to its customers, and hopefully other people will stay away from the company. I later found out on NorthAm's web page that I was supposed to get this website and advertise it in order to make money, but I could have at least been informed of it in the beginning! $975 for one website is a major ripoff, since it's something that only took 10-15 minutes of their precious time to put together! When I told them I wanted my account terminated immediately, they wouldn't do it; instead I was told that the site would be down at the end of the year.

Because of this scam, I just wasted $975 that I could have used towards school. I paid for it out of my student funding. I am not very happy with either of these companies, and I'd like other people searching for work-at-home job opportunities to avoid this one at all costs! Don't believe everything you hear online. Like a typical vulnerable college student, I answered an ad to work from home and ended up getting nothing. NorthAm has taken my student money and run.
