To all law enforcement. Steve Leflar, currently living in Elk Grove, with Cynthia Grech, is a serial stalker, terrorist and scam artist. Leflar works with fellow stalker, Eric Symons.
They have conned many people into believing they are not associated, or they no longer do business together. This is not the case. l;eflar currently runs three hit websites, created to hide his own misdoings.
Take for example the case of northbaye.net Steve Leflar claims that a musician named Mike Halem was the victim of a theft. In reality, Mike Halem was ripped of by no other than Steve Leflar. Take a look at Halem's own words.
