I paid in full for a new mattress set to be delivered once I had a move-in date for my new apartment. I called the owner to tell him I would be moving in on Saturday and he said he would get it to me that morning. When it didn't show, I called him back. He said he would check on the truck and call me back. He never did.
I spent all weekend calling him and left several messages. He didn't get back to me until Monday afternoon, after two nights of sleeping on the floor. Then I had to leave work early to meet the delivery. Because of this a*****e, I lost sleep, I lost money, and I lost a little faith in humanity. Steer clear.
