Hired after a reasonable offer for 5ft wood type of semi-private type fencing. Spoke everyday to me until first payment $1360 was given on 8/08/2008.
He dug holes that day, cashed check and walked without calling 811 for utility clearance, and Building Permit in previous days following up to 8/08/2008.
Drives a Red Chevy/Ford PU or a Silver Audi.
610.350.5795 is a landline which may be a VOIP foward to a cell on the road he always has on Restricted.
Goes by the name of Travis.

Mr Long has repeatedly claimed when he got back in today on Monday......blah....It's Aug 30 3 weeks and a day since he walked with my $1360.00. It doesn't take 3 weeks to settle up with a customer whom didn't even have a real contract---I never signed his contract thus making the contract null and void and preventing him from his "You breached our contract...b.s."
I'm convinced after having REAL Fencing pros check out those nice holes on my lawn that this guy is a scammer. He lied about getting a permit and calling the 811/karl system. None of his "companies" are listed with the PA Dept of State as either DBA or LLC.

A few days ago Mr Long had left a VM stating he had a family emergency and will return my money very shortly.
